Dlvry Field Services, like Dlvry DSD, integrates seamlessly with NetSuite (as well as Dynamics and QuickBooks) to immediately capture critical information, expedite billings, and more easily manage your field services team.
Some of the key features include:
- Track Tech Location and Job Status
Has you Tech arrived at the job site, or are they stuck in traffic? Have they finished the job and started on their next stop? Dlvry Field Services can track driver location without the need for expensive GPS hardware.
- Capture Parts & Hours in Real Time
Whether managing full truck inventory, or just managing parts or materials being used in a given job or a delivery, techs can easily assign materials & hours to a job. Accurate use of parts, small or large, is one of the biggest challenges our customers are looking to solve.
- Invoices are Automatically Generated in NetSuite
As soon as your tech or driver submits the job in Dlvry’s app, the invoice is generated in NetSuite for review and approval. Most of our clients are invoicing their customers same day.
- Dynamic Routing and Route Management
While some of our customers have their techs manage their own routes, many elect to utilize our Dynamic Routing toolset. This feature automatically plans the route for each team member based on the jobs for the day. The routes can then be altered as needed by dispatch.
